Rule 5
Personal details to be sent
(1) The office shall prepare the personal details of the employee in the format as per Schedule-1 and send it to the fund within fifteen days from the date of such employee's appearance at the office.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the fund shall request from the office the details of employees appointed to receive pension from the fund in accordance with the Act within thirty days of the commencement of this regulation.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the office shall send the statement to the fund within fifteen days.
(4) On the basis of the details received under sub-rule/(1) or (3), the fund shall keep the records of the concerned employees in accordance with the format or system approved by the fund.
